28, years old Ana Carolline Torres who stands 1.80 m-tall, was crowned as Miss Distrito Federal World in an event held at Bamboa show house, in Brasilia, Distrito Federal, Brazil. Ana edged out 11 other finalists, to grab the coveted title. She was crowned by the outgoing titleholder, Thaina Magalhaes, Miss Distrito Federal World 2015, who was adjudged as the second princess (4th place) in Miss Brazil World 2015.
Gracing the event was also Catharina Choi Nunes, who was a Top 20 finalist and winner of Continental title, Miss World Americas 2015 at Miss World 2015, held in Sanya, China. Mister Brazil and vice-Mister International, Anderson Tomazini was also present at the event as a special guest. At the same event, Victor Fonseca, was titled as Mister Distrito Federal World 2016.

Ana Carolline Torres will now represent Distrito Federal at Miss Mundo Brasil 2016, which is slated to happen in June 2016.
