At the conclusion of the finale of Miss Diva 2018 (also known as Miss Universe India 2018) held tonight at National Sports Club of India, Mumbai, Nehal Chudasama was crowned Miss Universe India 2018. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe India 2017 Shraddha Shashidhar.
The 22-year-old is a fitness consultant, anchor and a model. She is also an IPS aspirant and wishes to work for the Government of India. Nehal competed with eighteen other gorgeous ladies to win the national crown and the opportunity to represent India in Miss Universe 2018 to be held on 17th December 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Big names of Indian Film Industry – Malaika Arora Khan and Sophie Choudhary - hosted the grand event with utmost poise keeping the audience thoroughly entertained. Renowned Bollywood actors Sonakshi Sinha and Tiger Shroff also mesmerized the audience with their dance performances.
The grand finale of Miss Diva 2018 was a huge success as the coronation night was attended by beauty queens Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters from South Africa and Miss Supranational 2017 Jenny Kim from South Korea. An accomplished panel of the jury which included - Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta, Renowned Indian Film Actor Shilpa Shetty, Miss Universe India 2002 Neha Dhupia, Renowned Indian Film Actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Renowned Designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock, completed their tough task of selecting the new queens.
As the finale proceeded, Top 10 contestants were selected out of the nineteen divas who were vying for the title - Nehal Chudasama, Aditi Hundia, Roshni Sheoran, Hannah Reji Koshy, Lavina Israni, Tanvi Malhi, Preethy Prabhakaran, Shefali Sood, Aditi Shetty, Apurva Chavan. The Top 10 contestants moved forward in the competition and were narrowed down to the Top 5 - Nehal Chudasama, Aditi Hundia, Roshni Sheoran, Hannah Reji Koshy, and Lavina Israni. And finally, the two titleholders were announced and crowned.
