Fourteenth entry to our Top Sixteen (16) Hot Picks for Miss Earth 2014 is Miss Earth Venezuela 2014 Maira Alexandra Rodriguez. Maira Alexandra is 22 years of age, 176cm tall, and has vital statistics of 86-58-89. She was a student of Public Relations and is a model by profession.
Maira first participated in Miss Venezuela World 2013 pageant representing the Distrito Capital state. She could not win the pageant. She then participated in Miss Aragua where she was selected among the representatives of the state toward the Miss Venezuela pageant.
Maira competed with twenty four (24) other beautiful contestants in the Miss Venezuela 2014 pageant and was crowned Miss Venezuela Earth 2014 by her predecessor Stephanie de Zorzi, who was supposed to represent Venezuela at Miss Earth 2014 pageant. But on November 3’ 2014, Miss Venezuela Organization decided not to let her compete due to her weight issues. Maira was then appointed to represent Venezuela at the ongoing Miss Earth 2014 pageant.
Maira was also awarded with Miss Confidence and Miss Elegance title at the special awards of Miss Venezuela 2014 pageant.

Venezuela had won its first Miss Earth crown in the year 2013, when Alyz Henrich was crowned Miss Earth 2013. Maira is a strong contender to win the second crown in a row for Venezuela. What do you think?
