She recently looked stunning at the Miss Philippines Earth 2018 Grand Coronation night, where she passed on her crown as Miss Philippines Earth 2017 to Miss Philippines Earth 2018 Silvia Celeste Cortesi.
On 18th May, 2018, Karen was bestowed with the award of the Most Influential Beauty Queen by Regram: House Manila’s Choice for the Most Influential Social Media Personalities of 2018. House Manila is the hippest and the newest party place and entertainment spot. Located at Holiday Inn Express Manila, Newport City, Resorts World Manila. They took hosted an award function to celebrate the powerful influencers of Philippines on the social media.
