Iris Salguero from San Pedro, Ambergris Caye has been crowned as Miss Earth Belize 2017 and she is now all set to represent Belize in the Miss Earth 2017 competition, scheduled to be held on 4th November 2017. She succeeded last year's Miss Earth Belize Chantae Chanice Guy.
Iris is 21 years old and stands at an astounding height of 176 centimetres. She is not new to the world of Pageantry as she also won the title of Miss World Belize in the year 2016 and Miss San Pedro 2015.
The beauty describes herself as ‘determined, outgoing and goal setter.’ She says, “The sky is my limit.” The gorgeous delegate wants to become a certified accountant. “This will become a reality in the future as I plan to work and pay for my college expenses on my own,” says the beauty. To her, the most important thing in life is her passion for success! The stunner shares, “I enjoy helping others and bringing smiles and happiness! That’s what keeps me going.”
Iris said that her experience in beauty pageants has made her confident for the upcoming Miss Earth pageant.
Belize has never won the title of Miss Earth. Let’s see if this year Iris Salguero will be able to win the crown for her country or not.
