Do you remember the pretty and stunning contestant, Angela Bonilla, from the Miss Ecuador 2015 pageant? Well, she is now the newly crowned Miss Earth Ecuador 2015 and will represent Ecuador at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant. Angela was a participant at the Miss Ecuador 2015 and also at the Miss World Ecuador 2013. However, the beauty failed to win both the times.

22 years old Angela Bonilla, stands tall at the height of 5’ 8” and succeeds Maria Jose Maza Solorzaono as the next Miss Earth Ecuador. Miss Earth Ecuador pageant is based in Guayaquil and was formed in the year 2013. Isabel Cristina Ontaneda Pinto of Quito was the very first winner of the title, who represented Ecuador at the Miss Earth 2003 pageant, however was unplaced. Ecuador bagged its first placement at Miss Earth in the year 2005, when Cristina Eugenia Reyes Hidalgo made it to the Top 16 slot. Andrea Carolina Leon Janzso of Machala won the Miss Congeniality Award in the year 2008.

In the year 2010, when Jennifer Stephanie Pazmino Saldana of Guayaquil won the Miss Earth Air title, that was one major win for Ecuador. Since, Jennifer chose to get married before the Miss Earth 2011, she had to give up her title. However, the biggest achievement for Ecuador was in 2011 when Mercedes Alava Vargas of Guayaquil won the title of Miss Earth 2011. She is the first and the only Miss Earth winner from Ecuador so far and since then Ecuador has not managed to place at the Miss Earth pageant.

Miss Earth Ecuador 2015, Angela Bonilla seems to have a brighter chance of winning the Miss Earth crown this year. With that startling face and a body to die for, Angela might prove to be a strong contender at the Miss Earth this year. What do you think?
