The Miss Earth Japan 2018 competition will hold its grand finale on 23rd July 2018, at the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. The finale will see 26 regional winners fighting for the Miss Earth Japan 2018 crown, and the right to represent Japan at the Miss Earth 2018 pageant in Boracay, Philippines. At the conclusion of the finale, Miss Earth Japan 2017, Yasuyo Saito will crown her successor.

Miss Earth 2018 from different provinces had been crowned to participate in the Miss Earth Japan 2018 competition. The provinces that crowned their Miss Earth 2018 were Hokkaido, Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Aichi, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima, Ehime, Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Oita, Miyazaki, and Okinawa.
