Miss Universe Ireland is scheduled to hold its grand coronation night on 2nd August 2018, at The Round Room at the Mansion House, Dublin. At the conclusion of the finale Miss Universe 2017 Ireland Cailín Áine Ní Toibín will crown her successor, Miss Universe Ireland 2018, who will then go on to represent Ireland at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.
Portions of the proceeds from the evening will be donated to Cailin's chosen charity, Pieta House.
The event will be hosted by Brittany Mason and TV personality James Patrice. The Red Carpet cocktail hour will begin at 6 pm with the show starting at 7:30 pm. There will be special performances from Meg LaGrande and international DJ, DJ GNO. DJ GNO whom has opened for top musical acts like Tiesto and DJ Khaled, has written an original song for the MUI called “Miss Emerald Isle”.
