Reinas de Belleza del Paraguay 2019 held its grand finale on 7th August 2019 where Jociani Daisy Repossi was crowned Miss Earth Paraguay 2019/ Miss Tierra Paraguay 2019 as she became the official representative of Paraguay in Miss Earth 2019. Jociani succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth Paraguay 2018 Larissa Dominguez.

Jociani Daisy Repossi is 25 years of age and holds the state title of Miss Mundo Alto Paraná 2019. A civil engineer, the gorgeous beauty definitely proved her worth in the competition with her outstanding performance. Holding prior experience in the pageantry, Jociani also holds the title of Miss Latinoamérica Paraguay 2018. She is definitely a strong candidate to represent Paraguay in Miss Earth 2019.

A number of special awards were also presented at the national contest: Miss Silhouette: Jazmín Saucedo, Miss Amaszonas: Ketlin Lottermann, Miss Photogenic: Romina Godoy, Miss Elegance: Juany Ortega, Miss Talent: Araceli Bobadilla and Miss Top Model: Cayetana Ayala.

Sixteen contestants who competed at the national contest were - Araceli Bobadilla, María Belén Vargas, Camila Herrera, Clara Lugo, Cynthia Talavera, Elida Lezcano, Gracia Presentado, Jazmín Saucedo, Romina Godoy, Rita Fraulob, Neida Noguera, Luana Ferreira, Cayetana Ayala, Ketlin Lottermann, Juana Orterga, Jociani Repossi.

Other than Miss Earth Paraguay 2019, Miss World Paraguay 2019, Miss Universe Paraguay 2019 and Miss International Paraguay 2019 were also crowned at the national finale.

Last year, Larissa Dominguez Miss Earth Paraguay 2018 represented in Miss Earth 2018 but unfortunately failed to win a top spot at the finale. Paraguay is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Earth pageant.
