Miss Earth Philippines is one of them for which state crowning is taking place. On 09th March 2019 at the RMC Petrogazz Arena, Davao City, Patricia Mae Hoffman won the title of Miss Earth Philippines Southern Mindanao 2019.
By securing this title, she will be an official representative of Southern Mindanao in the Miss Earth Philippines 2019 pageant. Apart from the main crowning, her elemental queens were also crowned. Following are names of the winners –
