Miss Earth Poland, just minutes ago, took to their official social media to appoint Sabina Poltawska as Miss Earth Poland 2020 as she becomes the official representative of Poland at Miss Earth 2020. She succeeds Miss Earth Poland 2019 Krystyna Sokolowska.

Sabina competed at Miss Earth Poland 2019 where she was adjudged as the first vice-miss and was awarded the title of Miss Earth Poland-Air 2019. She is 21 years of age and currently a student hailing from Szczecin. She is definitely a strong contender for the Miss Earth 2020 crown this year.

Miss Earth Poland took the decision of appointing this year’s representative instead of hosting a national pageant because of the ongoing scare due to coronavirus pandemic. They took to their official social media as they wrote, “Due to the epidemiological threat around the world and out of concern for our health and the health of our participants, we decided that organizing the grouping as well as the Final Gala of Miss Earth Poland 2020 this year is not possible, while the Miss Earth International Final, which has been taking place in the Philippines for 20 years this year it will be held in a virtual form.”

The coronation ceremony for handing over the crown to the newly appointed queen will also be held soon as the date for the event is yet to be revealed. Last year, Krystyna Sokolowska Miss Earth Poland 2019 represented her country at Miss Earth 2019 and with her stunning performance, she placed in the Top 10. The country is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Earth pageant.
