The 2024 edition of Miss Earth Puerto Rico officially began with the contestants from all over the country preparing to compete for the Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2024 crown and win the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico at Miss Earth 2024.

The preliminary competition was held on 14th December 2024 at Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel in Rio Grande. The twenty-six contestants walked the stage in short blue cocktail dressed before the swimsuit parade which highlighted the confidence and stage presence of the contestants.

The winner of Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2024 will succeed Victoria Arocho Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2023 who represented her country at Miss Earth 2023 and placed in the Top 12. The 24th edition of Miss Earth will be held in Vietnam later in the year where Drita Ziri of Albania will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
