At the conclusion of the grand finale held at Ramada Resort Kranjska Gora, Sara Gavranic from Postojne was crowned as Miss Earth Slovenije 2017. She will now represent Slovenia in the Miss Earth 2017 pageant to be held on 4th November 2017 in Manila, Philippines.
The outgoing queen Maja Ana Strnad passed the crown and her reign to her successor Sara and gave her the lovely wishes. At the same event, Tamara Fister from Novo Mesto and Eva Plesnar from Brezovica were announced as first and second runners-up respectively.
Sara bested 9 other candidates to clinch the coveted title of Miss Earth Slovenije 2017. She is 21 years of age and currently pursuing her graduation from St. Stanislav's Institution. She has an amiable personality that can make anyone fall in love with her.
She is not new to this glitzy world of pageantry as she was a finalist in Miss Slovenia for Miss World 2015. The other finalists were: Ines Hafner, Tina Plut, Ines Kajtezovic, Tania Rotary, Anja Kragelj, Edita Avdic n and Deja Becaj.
