The grand finale of Miss Earth Venezuela 2018 took place on 12th August 2018 at the Theater of Chacao Cultural Center, Miranda where 24 divas competed for the national title. Miss Earth Venezuela 2017 Ninoska Vásquez crowned her successor at the conclusion of the event. The winner of Miss Earth Venezuela 2018 will represent her nation at Miss Earth 2018.
Before 2016, the 2nd or the 3rd runner up from the Miss Venezuela pageant was appointed as the delegate that would represent the nation at Miss Earth, but since 2016, Miss Earth Venezuela is chosen by Miss Earth 2013 Alyz Henrish and Julio César Cruz who is the National Director of Miss Earth Venezuela pageant.
