Miss Earth Venezuela organization, through their official social media, announced the designation of Jhosskaren Carrizo as the new Miss Earth Venezuela 2023 as she became the official representative of the country at Miss Earth 2023.

The national director of Miss Earth Venezuela organization, Prince Julio César, made the announcement to appoint this year’s representative on the ‘La Tizana’ TV program on the Globovisión network.

Jhosskaren Carrizo hails from Barquisimeto, Lara. She succeeds Miss Earth Venezuela 2022 Oriana Pablo. Not new to the pageantry, Carrizo competed at Miss Venezuela 2020 and placed in the Top 10. She also competed at The Miss Globe 2021 where she placed third runner-up.

Miss Earth Venezuela organization’s official announcement read, “Miss Earth Venezuela 2023! Jhosskaren Carrizo will be in charge of representing us in the 23rd edition of Miss Earth, which will take place on December 22 in #Vietnam. She will have the responsibility of bringing the 3rd crown to our country, Congratulations!”

Miss Earth 2023, the 23rd edition of Miss Earth, will be held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 22nd December 2023 where Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi of South Korea will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
