Miss Earth 2015 is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, the crystal year, but it seems like that it’s not really a celebration in the organization. Recently the Miss Earth organisation on its official Facebook Page made an announcement regarding the participation of delegates in the Miss Eco Queen pageant wearing the Miss Earth pageants’ sash. The announcement goes like…

“The MISS EARTH ORGANIZATION, Carousel Productions Inc. is not affiliated with the MISS ECO QUEEN Pageant. The MISS ECO QUEEN Pageant is a separate competition. MISS EARTH ORGANIZATION shall take action regarding the Delegates who wear the official Miss Earth sash during their participation in the MISS ECO QUEEN competition as this is not allowed.”

Just a day before, the winner of Miss Nepal Earth 2014, Prinsha Shreshtha was dethroned by the Miss Nepal organization subsequent to the controversy surrounding her participating in Miss Eco-Egypt without the knowledge or consent of the organizers. Read the whole news here!!
