The finale of Miss Eco Teen International 2022 pageant was held in Egypt on Saturday, 11th December 2022 where Cherisha Chanda of India was crowned the new queen. Cherisha won the first ever Miss Eco Teen International crown for India this year.

Cherisha Chanda succeeds and was crowned by Miss Eco Teen International 2021 Vu Huyèn Di?u of Vietnam. Chanda gave a stellar performance at the international pageant. The 17-year-old beauty queen’s passion is to help the community through charity events, not focusing only on the environment but other causes as well.

On winning the international crown, Miss Teen Diva Organization took to their official social media to congratulate her as she wrote, “Congratulations Cherisha Chanda for making us proud by winning the first crown Miss Eco Teen for India. We would like to thank each and everyone who has supported us and been a part of this journey. The Reign has just begun.”

Also at the of the event finale, the delegates from Philippines, USA, Spain and England placed as the first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively. This was Philippines’ second consecutive placement as the first runner-up as in 2021, Philippines’ Tatyana Austria also finished as 1st runner-up.
