The finale of Mutya ng Antipolo 2022/ Pearl of Antipolo 2022 was held on 11th December 2022 at Sumulong Park where Irish Mancilla was crowned Mutya ng Antipolo 2022. Irish hails from Brgy Bagong Nayon.

Irish Mancilla gave a stellar performance at the state pageant. The newly crowned Mutya ng Antipolo 2022 Irish Mancilla’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Natasha Ore of Brgy. Dela Paz

2nd Runner-up – Mikeaairah Blanquisco of Brgy. San Roque

Also at the finale, Erika Sawma of Brgy. Inarawan was adjudged Pearl of Tourism 2022 while Shanna Gallardo of Brgy Dela Paz was adjudged Pearl of Nature 2022. Shanna also won SPI Choice Award, Best in Swimwear and Best in Production Number. Tracy Love Benzonan won the heart of Barangay Pela Paz.
