Francine Reyes was crowned Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2023 at the finale of Miss Grand Philippines 2023 held at SM Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay on 13th July 2023. Reyes is 19 years of age and hails from Tarlac City, Tarlac, Philippines.

Reyes began her education in May 2016 as she entered the Dominican College of Tarlac in Capas, Tarlac. In July 2021, she entered Tarlac State University in Tarlac City to pursue a bachelor’s degree in public administration.

Reyes carries the torch of Women Empowerment and the fight against sexual harassment wherever she goes. She also feels grateful to the Miss Grand Philippines Organization for granting her a platform to raise her voice and promote these crucial advocacies.

On winning the crown, Reyes took to her official social media as she wrote her feelings in a post captioned, “I am still in awe of what transpired last night. It feels surreal to me that I emerged victorious as Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2023. This achievement is dedicated to my beloved supporters, loved ones, and, of course, my beloved Tarlac Province!”

Through her reign, she wishes to break the silence and create a world where every woman feels empowered and safe. Francine will surely be a strong advocate for women empowerment at the international platform as well.
