Miss Supranational 2022 is currently going on with various pre-pageant events being held. Miss Elegance competition was held on 8th July 2022 where Sira Sahilli from Turkey was awarded as the winner at the end of the event finale. The delayed broadcast of the competition was officially premiered via Miss Supranational YouTube channel next day.

The 21-year-old gave a stellar performance at the competition. On winning the title, Sira Sahilli took to her official social media to thank everyone for the support as she wrote, “I've been looking forward to sharing it with you since yesterday. I'm the owner of yesterday's Miss Elegance crown. Proud of myself. Thank you for all your beautiful messages.”

Miss Supranational organization also took to their official social media as they congratulated the winners and wrote, “Miss Supranational 2022 candidates competed for Miss Elegance, the third Miss Supranational sub-title at Hotel Beskid in Nowy Sacz. The lovely ladies walked before the judges in their glamorous gowns. After strutting their way on the runway, Miss Türkiye , Sira Sahilli was declared this year's Miss Elegance winner.”

Also at the end of the event, Maria Acst of Argentina and Praewwanich Ruangthong of Thailand were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively. Top 15 also included Giovanna Reis of Brazil, Valery Carabali of Ecuador, María Fernanda Milián of Guatemala, María Fernanda Milián of Indonesia, Rina Okada of Japan, Aigerim Baitore of Kazakhstan, Narathip Siripaphanh of Laos, Adaeze Chineme of Nigeria, Cecilia Medina of Panama, Ana Karla Ramírez of Spain, Christin Coeppicus of Trinidad and Tobago and Diana Mironenko of Ukraine.
