The finale of Star GS Hellas 2022 was held on Thursday, 29th September 2022 at the Lohan Night Club in Athens where Christianna Katsieri was crowned Miss GS Hellas 2022. As the winner, she was adjudged Miss Earth Greece 2023 as she became the official representative of Greece at Miss Earth 2023.

Christianna Katsieri is 21 years of age and is a model and aesthetics graduate. She also won the title of Miss Fashion Model GS Hellas 2022. She is a stunning and a talented beauty who performed really well at the national competition.

Also at the end of the event finale, Korina Emmanouilidou was crowned Star GS Hellas 2022. Korinna has been adjudged Miss Universe Greece 2022 and will represent Greece at Miss Universe 2022. Korinna Emmanouilidou bested nineteen other candidates to win the national crown. Along with her Maria Cholidou was crowned Miss Aphrodite GS Hellas 2022 who became the official representative of Greece at Miss Supranational 2023.

Miss Earth 2023, the 23rd edition of the international pageant, will be held next year where the winner of the 22nd edition will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. The current Miss Earth is Destiny Wagner, the first ever Miss Earth winner from Belize. The official host venue announcement was made on 18th July 2022 at 4 PM (GMT +8) at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Miss Earth 2023 is all set to be held in Vietnam next year. The pageant is returning to Vietnam after a decade as the last time Miss Earth was held in Vietnam in 2010.
