Miss Grand Bangkok 2020 held its finale on 1st August 2020 where stunning beauties competed for the regional crown and Marima Suphatra Kliangprom, 21, was crowned the new queen at the end of the event finale. She succeeds Miss Grand Bangkok 2019 Nutsuda Termchai and was crowned by none other than Miss Grand International 2019 Valentina Figuera.

Marima performed with excellence and grace at the contest. Not new to the pageantry, she was a participant at Miss Grand Phuket 2019 where she ended up as the third runner-up at the end of the event finale. She stands 170 cm tall and is very passionate about representing her country at an international stage.

She also took to her official social media to say thanks to everyone who supported her. She wrote, “I would like to leave this photo first. Marima will come back. Thank you everyone.. I haven't gone anywhere. I'm gathering consciousness. Thank you so much Miss Grand Thailand na ka, I have no words to explain there is soo much to say... I know that today I am still not the best but I promise when you see me again I will let myself shine.”

Last year, Miss Grand Bangkok 2019 Nutsuda Termchai represented Bangkok at Miss Grand International 2019 but unfortunately remained unplaced. However, she won the Best National Costume award at the competition.
