The 8th edition of the Miss Grand International i.e., Miss Grand International 2020 was scheduled to be held in the month of October 2020 in the city of Caracas, Venezuela. The delegates from all over the world will compete for the title. At the end of the event, Miss Grand International in 2019 Valentina Figuera from Venezuela, will crown her successor. But due to the pandemic the Miss Grand International Organization has decided to postpone the pageant to early 2021. There hasn’t been any official announcement regarding the pageant’s postponing to 2021 so the confirmation is still awaiting.
But Sal Chandalin from Cambodia is emerging as a potential winner for the title and representing the country at Miss Grand International 2020 stage. The diva is 23-years-old and has previously participated in Miss Universe Cambodia 2019 competition. She was appreciated for her performance but unfortunately wasn’t placed.
Sal’s desire to win the title and represent Cambodia at international stage has brought her back at Miss Grand Cambodia 2020 stage and she is prepared for a competition. The diva has always aspired to be a beauty queen and is passionate about representing Cambodia at international stage. She liked to spend her time with her family and friends and traveling. Sal is an entrepreneur and has her own skin care line named, ‘Sallin- Skin Restoration’ along with a sleep wear and lingerie line as well with name ‘Sallin’. The diva has shown immense dedication and confidence when it comes to making her own standing in the society.
Sal has also worked with various designers and brands in Cambodia in order to gain experience and knowledge about beauty pageants. She is talented, intelligent, and focused towards her goals. She feels extremely blessed and excited for the opportunities that she has got and the ones on her way. She wants to use the platform of Miss Grand Cambodia 2020 to make her standing strong and powerful so that people especially young women of Cambodia would look upto her and get inspired.
The diva is preparing herself for the finale event as she is working on her on-stage walk, confidence, body angles, postures, and most importantly on her communication and interview skills. She believes that it is one of the most important things she must work on in order to win the competition. She is positive, honest, and very hopeful to win. She believes that if you want something, you should work hard to make it happen. She takes her health seriously and tries to eat clean as much as she can to maintain her body in healthy and fit condition.
Sal Chandalin can be a tough competition at Miss Grand Cambodia 2020. She has very appealing face and features that can captivate your attention for a long time. She carries herself very elegantly and is very positive towards winning.
