The Miss Grand Chile organization hosted the coronation ceremony for the 2022 edition of the national pageant on 28th May 2022, where nine stunning delegates from all over the country competed for the national title. At the end of the event, Karina Perez Gres was crowned Miss Grand Chile 2022 and will represent the country at Miss Grand International 2022 pageant.

First runner-up - Miss Grand Viña del Mar 2022 Krishna Sandoval Soto

Second runner-up – Miss Grand Punta Arenas 2022 Punta Arenas

Representative of Los Condes, 24 year-old Karina is a professional model and stands 173 cm tall. Gres is also a runway instructor and actress in the capital of her land, Santiago de Chile. On the other hand, she is passionate about fashion, graphic design and advertising. She loves promoting healthy living, self-care, and self-love.

Karina succeeds Miss Grand Chile 2021 Vanessa Echeverría Maizares for the title, who represented Chile at Miss Grand International 2021 last year but remained unplaced at the end. This year, Ges will represent the country at the 10th edition of Miss Grand International, Miss Grand International 2022, all set to be held on 25th October 2022 in Indonesia.
