The debut edition of Miss Grand Ghana was held on 8th July 2022 at the National Theatre where Zahara-Imani Bossman-Pinkrah was crowned Miss Grand Ghana 2022 as she became the official representative of Ghana at Miss Grand international 2022.

Along with her, Ezta Mawutor was adjudged first runner-up at the end of the event finale. The organization has now adjudged her Miss Asia Pacific International 2022 as she has become the official representative of Ghana at Miss Asia Pacific International 2022 which will be held in Philippines.

Boaduaa Animpong was adjudged as the second runner-up at the end of the event finale. The organization has now awarded the title of Miss Multiverse Ghana 2022 as she will now represent Ghana at Miss Multiverse 2022 which will be held in October 2022.

Winifred Esi Sam was adjudged as the third runner-up at the end of the event finale. The organization has now awarded the title of Miss Aura Ghana 2022 as she has become the official representative of Ghana at Miss Aura International 2022 which will happen in Antalya Turkey.

Giselle Lum Ngu Fombon was adjudged as the fourth runner-up at the end of the event finale. She was awarded the title of Queen Beauty Universe 2022 as she became the official representative of Ghana at Queen Beauty Universe 2022.
