Miss Grand Honduras organization held the finals for the 2022 edition on 10th July 2022 at La Galería, Tegucigalpa where Saira Cacho was crowned Miss Grand Honduras 2022 as she became the official representative of Honduras at Miss Grand International 2022.

Saira Cacho, previously holding the title of Miss Grand Colón 2022, is 21 years of age and standing 180 cm tall. Born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Saira is a garifuna dancer, certified jazz dance instructor, model and a medicine student at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.

Saira Cacho is Goodwill Ambassador and Volunteer for FunLuvi, a non-profit organization in Honduras that provides support to patients with kidney failure and provides kidney to needy patients in Honduras. She has been also a guest artist and volunteer for Moving Cultures in Kenya. She speaks fluent Spanish and English.

Saira succeeds and was crowned by Celia Monterrosa Miss Grand Honduras 2021 who represented her country at Miss Grand International 2021 but unfortunately remained unplaced.
