The 8th edition of Miss Grand International, i.e., Miss Grand International 2020, is all set to be held on 27th March 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand where stunning beauties from all over the globe will compete for the international crown. Miss Grand International 2019 Valentina Figuera will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
While this year’s batch boasts of stunning and talented beauties, there are a few ladies who have stood out amongst the rest and show the immense capability to be the winner of the 2020 edition. In a series of features, we’d love to introduce to you our Top 15 favourite contestants for the crown.
Eliana Roa is the official representative of Venezuela for the Miss Grand International 2020. She has made it to our favourites for the crown because of her sincere attitude and determination to do good for her country at Miss Grand International. Her sincerity has been evident ever since she won the national crown and expressed her gratitude in a post, “I am very happy and excited. As all the women who have represented the country I am going to continue fighting and working to fulfill their expectations, which I am today, is not the same as it will be in the contest. I hope to have your support, my dear Venezuela, and have faith in me; it is all I ask of you.”
A student of Economics at Petropolitana University in Carcass, Elina is 24 years old and stand 183 cm tall. She is a successor to Miss Grand Venezuela 2019, Valentina Figuera who is currently Miss Grand International 2019! She was also crowned as Miss Grand Capital District 2020.
Passionate about representing Venezuela, Eliana hopes that other countries recognise the talents and treasures of her land.
Elina, in her official video introduction for Miss Grand International 2020, expresses that she is “excited to demonstrate how multifaceted a woman can be to lead a business life and at the same time be an ambassador of integral beauty”. A believer of Mother Teresa’s saying, “Peace begins with a smile,” Eliana hopes to give away as many smiles to make the world a better place.
This Hermosa with dark eyes and a warm smile is beautiful, intelligent and displays a charismatic, positive and perseverant personality. Eliana is determined towards aspiring to be a positive and impactful role model in the lives of people and she is looking forward to use the platform to carry out her message. She comes across as a confident and strong woman equipped with qualities assuring a great performance at the final event. If Eliana wins the 2020 edition, it will be a back to back win for Venezuela at Miss Grand International.
