The 10th anniversary edition of Miss Grand International, i.e. Miss Grand International 2022, is about to start in Bali, Indonesia as the delegates from all over the world will depart for the host country. Seventy-two delegates are expected to arrive on 3rd and 4th October 2022.

The contestants will be officially welcomed at the traditional sashing ceremony which will be held on 5th October 2022. The Top 10 with the highest social media votes will get the opportunity to have a special dinner with MGI President Nawat Itsaragrisil.

DR Congo, Kyrgyzstan, and Mozambique will be the debuting countries this year. Belarus, China, Crimea, Denmark, Ghana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Mongolia, Poland, Singapore, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom are the returning countries this year.

In the next few weeks, the delegates will compete in various pre-pageant activities, photoshoots, preliminary competition as the finale will be held on 25th October 2022 at Sentul International Convention Center in Bogor Regency of West Java province, Indonesia. Nguyen Thúc Thùy Tiên of Vietnam will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
