Princess Omowunmi Agunbiade has been appointed as Miss Grand Nigeria 2017. She will represent her country in Miss Grand International 2017 pageant slated to be held from 6th to 25th October in Vietnam. She succeeds Miss Grand Nigeria 2016 Rachael Onuwa Ikekhuame.

Princess Omowunmi Agunbiade belongs to Ekiti State, a state in Western Nigeria. She is 21 years of age and has completed her graduation in Industrial Chemistry from The University of Port Harcourt, Ekiti State. She is a fashion model, social media influencer, and an entrepreneur. Meanwhile, she enjoys writing poems, travelling, and taking pictures. She has a deep and nonpareil love for children and loves to be around them. She hopes to establish an agency for children in future to work for their benefit. She is also an ardent believer in personal development and takes up the online courses in her spare time.

After the victory, Princess Omowunmi expressed her gratitude by saying, “Working with an organization like Miss Grand International, whose advocacy and mission is to spread happiness whilst taking a stand against war and violence will give me a platform to share my knowledge and help as many people as possible understand that love and tolerance is the first step we need to take towards achieving world peace.”
