The grand finale of Miss Grand Japan 2015 was concluded with the crowning of Ayaka Tanaka as Miss Grand Japan 2015. Ayaka will now represent Japan at the Miss Grand International 2015 pageant. 25 years old Ayaka went through a tough competition in the contest and battled out 20 gorgeous contestants, to clinh the title. She succeeds Mieko Takeuchi, Miss Grand Japan 2014.
The finale of Miss Grand Japan 2015 was graced by the reigning Miss Grand International, Lees Garcia from Cuba. Lees met all the contestants a day before the pageant and shared important tips and suggestions that th contestants can use through the finals. Lees looked mesmerizingly gorgeous in a white mermaid sweetheart gown. With the intricate silver detailing white gown, Lees managed to attract some eyeballs and also plenty of compliments. Lees was accompanied by Mieko Takeuchi – Miss Grand Japan 2014 and Eriko Yoshii – Miss Grand Japan 2013.

At the same event, Mao Kaneko was adjudged as 1st runner-up and Nanami Tomita was adjudged as 2nd runner-up. Fuyuki Fujiwara was awarded ‘People’s Choice’ title. Mayu Kubota and Fuyuki Fujiwara completed the Top 5 of the contest. Miyu Tanaka was awarded Face of Beauty International Japan 2015 and shall now represent Japan in Face of Beauty International 2015. Till date, japan has not won any title at the Miss Grand International pageant. However, in 2014 edition Japan finished up as Top 10 finalist.
