Miss Grand Nicaragua organization took to their official social media to announce that Teresa Moreno has been appointed Miss Grand Nicaragua 2020 and will now represent Nicaragua at Miss Grand International 2020. Teresa succeeds Miss Grand Nicaragua 2019 Vanessa Baldizón.
Teresa is a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery by profession who hails from León. Bringing more focus on the health sector, Teresa sure is a strong contender for the international crown. Not new to the pageant world, Teresa was also a part of Miss Nicaragua 2017 but unfortunately did not win the national pageant.

Miss Grand Nicaragua organization took to their official social media as they wrote, “We are pleased to officially introduce our queen, Miss Grand Nicaragua 2020-Teresa Moreno, who will represent us at Miss Grand International 2020! Attention to official MGI networks where our Nicaraguan Ambassador's official pronouncement will be made!”
Last year, Miss Grand Nicaragua 2019 Vanessa Baldizón represented Nicaragua at Miss Grand International 2019 but unfortunately failed to place in the Top 21. Nicaragua is yet to pioneer its win Miss Grand International.
