Ocheche Favour was crowned Miss Grand Nigeria 2019 three days ago at the finale of Miss Earth Nigeria 2019. The 20-year-old beauty queen will now represent Nigeria in Miss Grand International 2019. She succeeds Miss Grand Nigeria 2017 Princess Omowunmi Agunbiade as Nigeria did not participate in the last year’s edition.
Ocheche Favour is a graduate with a Bsc in International Relations earned at the prestigious Les Cours Sonou University, Benin Republic. With her charming smile and amicable manners, the gorgeous beauty queen will surely mesmerize everyone at the international stage as well.
She has also organized charity works while at the Les Cours Sonou University during the valentine day celebrations to aid less privileged children and is currently organizing a fund raiser and aid program for girl child victims of defilement and assault in Kano State, Nigeria.
Favour is an ardent advocate of peace amongst races and creed. She strongly believes that for the world to thrive there must be an unspoken social contract to understand and appreciate diversity in culture and belief through which humanity will thrive. She also believes that love will eradicate disease and death with the positive energy it brings.
As for her advocacy at Miss Grand International 2019, Favour wants to strongly advocate against the menace of the Boko Haram terrorists in Northern Nigeria and the cruel herdsmen attacks particularly in her home state, Benue, Nigeria.
Nigeria is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Grand International pageant.
