Clara Sosa was crowned Miss Grand International 2018 on 25th October 2018 at The ONE Entertainment Park, in the city of Rangoon, Myanmar. She was the first representative from Paraguay to win the title who has been working as a professional model since the age of 17. She is part of the modelling agency 'ON Management' and is also a member of the staff of the program "La Mañana de Unicanal", presenting the kitchen block. The diva fainted on-stage after she was announced as the winner. She calls herself a hardworking and independent woman. Clara absolutely loves animals and children. She also loves spending time with her family.

During the final question and answer round, she was asked "If you were crowned Miss Grand International 2018 tonight and you could choose one country for your first visit to run your first 'Stop the War and Violence Campaign', which country would you choose and what would be your message to them?" The winning answer by the diva was, “If I have the honour of being Miss Grand International 2018, I would choose to visit Donald Trump, because the United States of America is an example for other countries. So, my first message for him would be to be an example of peace, love, and tolerance.”

Clara was a successful beauty queen who travelled across the world and carried her advocacy along. She is considered as one of the successful queens in the history of Miss Grand International and now with Daisy Lezcano’s delegation, the pageant fanatics feel that there could be a chance of sandwich win at the competition. Daisy seems like an ideal candidate for the title because she is experienced, firm, and focused towards winning and with her strong and confident performance, she impressed everyone at beauty competition and is expected to do the same at the Miss Grand International 2020 too. With her experience and zeal to win, she is one of the strongest contenders at the Miss Grand International 2020. We wish her all the best for the competition and hopes that she is able to fulfil all her dreams.
