Miss Grand Paraguay 2023, the sixth edition of Miss Grand Paraguay, is scheduled to be held on 2nd April 2023 at the Paseo Events Center, Asunción where twenty-five contestants will compete for the national crown and the winner will represent Paraguay at Miss Grand International 2023.

In May last year, MGM Productions announced to accept of the department licensees responsible to hold a regional contest to elect the representatives and also ran the first central casting in September to select the national finalists for the 2023 edition of the contest. Each of the finalists qualified through the casting was later assigned to represent one of the country's administrative divisions.

The winner will succeed and be crowned by Miss Grand Paraguay 2022 Agatha Leon of Ciudad del Este. Agatha represented Paraguay at Miss Grand International 2022 and with her stellar performance, she placed in the Top 20.
