Miss Grand Paraguay 2023, the sixth edition of the Miss Grand Paraguay, was held on 2nd April 2023 at the Paseo Events Center, Asunción where Maelia Carmen Salcines was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Paraguay at Miss Grand International 2023.

Vice Miss Grand Paraguay 2023 – Sol Pérez representing San Lorenzo

1st runner-up – Thiara Zorrilla representing Asunción

2nd runner-up – Sindy Riquelme representing Luque

3rd runner-up – Tamara Vera representing Fernando de la Mora

Top 15 also included Sharon Capó from Amambay, Tirsa Cantero from Areguá, Laura Carmona from Capiatá, Melina Marecos from General Elizardo Aquino, Chabely Zoilan from Limpio, Guadalupe Pereira from Mariano Roque Alonso, Alma Garcete from Minga Guazú, Abigail Gómez from Nueva Italia, Sofía Ayala from Nueva Italia and Fabiola Martínez from Villarrica.

Sharon Capó, at the finale as well, was designated Miss Grand Paraguay 2024 and has become the official representative of Paraguay at Miss Grand International 2024. Sharon is a surgeon by profession. She will have the whole year to prepare for her stint at Miss Grand International.

Also at the finale, Fabiola Martínez was crowned Miss Supranational Paraguay 2023 as she became the official representative of Paraguay at Miss Supranational 2023. Guadalupe Pereira and Valeria Giagni were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively.
