Amidst all the hustle bustle of the national pageants, South Africa crowned its representative for Miss Grand International pageant. On August 6’ 2016 Caitlin Harty was crowned as Miss Grand South Africa 2016 at the finale held at the Atterbury Theater in Pretoria. Caitilin succeeds Miss Grand South Africa 2015 Lenie Maggy Pieterse.

Standing tall at a towering height of 170cm, Catilin is a professional model. She is blessed with beautiful features and possesses a great smile. With her modelling experience Catilin has the advantage at the pageant. At the same pageant, Precious Khoza was titled as first runner-up and Thando Tsiane was adjudged second runner-up.
