The coronation night for Miss Grand United States 2023 is scheduled to be held on 17th August 2023 at the Copernicus Center in Chicago, Illinois. The official sashing ceremony is scheduled to be held on 13th August 2023 at the Crown Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel & Conference Center.

Beautiful delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and the winner will get the opportunity to represent USA at Miss Grand International 2023. Twenty-five state representatives from across the country will be vying for the national title –

Emily Rose DeMure Miss Grand USA 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. Emily represented USA at Miss Grand International 2022 but failed to place in the Top 20. USA holds one Miss Grand International title under its belt when Abena Appiah was crowned the winner in 2020.
