The beautiful, Miss Grand Uthai Thani 2017 died in a fatal road accident on June 1, 2017, just four days after winning the provincial hunt, Miss Grand Uthai Thani 2017. The misfortune happened when the beauty was travelling from Chompon to Bangkok as she had to fulfill some charity works to join as part of Miss Grand Uthai Thani.
The Tap Sakae Poilce said that the accident happened on the Petkasem in-bound highway in front of Tao Sakae electricity office. Rattana and her friend were present in the car when the accident took place and the friend who was at the steering wheel got severely injured.
The victim was then identified as Ms. Rattana Ramchatu, the newly crowned Miss Uthai Thani 2017. She would have been the representative of her province at the prestigious Miss Grand Thailand which is scheduled to be held on 18th July 2017.
The stunner was very talented as she was good at modeling and singing both. Mr Nawat Itsaragrisil said, “The Miss Grand Thailand team expresses their deepest sorrow on the sudden passing away of Fies Rattana Ramchatu Miss Grand Uthai Thani 2017 in an accident. Rest in peace Fies and our sympathies are with your family.”
It is a great shock for the beauty contest committee, family and friends and they all expressed their deep condolence on her death on social media.
