Isabel has a strong and confident personality which showcases when she is on-stage or working with designers or photographers. After being crowned Miss Guerrero 2019/2020, Isabel took to her social media to thank everyone by writing, “I feel very blessed in all aspects, Acapulco reached very high, representing all Guerrero is a great pride for me, without a doubt the biggest of my dreams since I was little, I have a wealth of emotions within me, now we still have to work stronger for Miss Mexico???? an unforgettable night forever ... I thank my sponsors, my family, and friends who believe my dreams and supported me since my reign as Miss Acapulco. THANK YOU, GOD.”
Isabel is very attached to her province and believes that the people in Acapulco are warm and welcoming and that’s something she wants to showcase on-stage when she represented Guerrero at Miss Mexico 2020. In one of her posts, the diva mentioned, “Miss Mexico is a great platform in which we work with the motto: Beauty with a purpose, each state has a sustainable social project that helps your community/state, Guerrero has its own! ‘Love in fullness’, within my experience as Miss Guerrero, the BIGGEST door that this contest has opened for me is WORK and with this, I can pay for my university studies, help my family and grow professionally in many areas.”
The beauty queen supports and adds to the causes that promote the stimulation and development of people in adulthood, due to a personal experience: her father; who lacks a hearing capacity, and for this reason, the social and labour doors have been closed. She is associated with ‘Amor en Plenitud’, a campaign that she undertook intending to return a smile to the elderly, teaching them to be self-sufficient, because they already gave everything for us and now, it is time to give them back a little of all this. She has dedicated to sponsoring different elderly people, where she teaches them to exercise and good nutrition, serving as company and support.
On completing a year as Miss Guerrero 2019, she wrote, “Miss Guerrero’s platform made a better version of me, enormously grateful to you who always give me your unconditional support, I celebrate this year with great happiness and I have nothing left but tell them to work for their dreams because they come true!” One of her missions as Miss Guerrero is also to rehabilitate the Port of Acapulco, a port where tourists enjoy the main streets without stopping to look inside; the real Acapulco that she will help us discover.
The diva is strong, confident, and focused on how she wants to represent herself along with her province at Miss Mexico 2020 and has emerged as one of the strongest contenders for the title. She shows immense dedication and determination to win the title and for her, the crown or title represents work, responsibility, and struggle to increase the cultural and tourist identity and human warmth that Guerrero has.
