Miss Indonesia 2016 also known as the Miss World Indonesia 2016, is the 12th edition of Miss Indonesia pageant, and is scheduled to be held tonight (February 24’ 2016)in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Maria Harfanti, Miss Indonesia 2015 will pass her crown and reign to her successor at the end of the event. Winner of this pageant will represent Indonesia at Miss World 2016 pageant, to be held later this year.
The reigning Miss World Mireia Lalaguna Roya of Spain will attend the grand finale of Miss Indonesia 2016 as a special guest.
A total number of 34 contestants from across Indonesia have been shortlisted as official candidates. And their names are: Flavia Celly Jatmiko, Sukma Astiti, Natasha Mannuela, Namira Yasqi Nasution, Editha Aldillasari Rodianto, Shidna Takhiya Annisa, Yusranie Noory Assipalma, Agnes Amelia, Nita Naomi, Zahra Amalina, Shabira Maharani, Venezia Indra Ghassani, Olivia Leanartha, Herawati, Ellen Gracia Natalia, Tasya Yaumil Amalia, Diana Puspasari, Nabila Astrid, Kidung Paramadita, Leinda Melissa Wattimena, Shinta Noppita Sari, Jessica Risdiana, Nen Maria Greisakti Rongkos, Petrichsia Herman, Deninda Fairuzahra, Kathryn Liza Mentari Sibero, Yunike Hari Fransisca, Cindy Claudia Hanels, Vanya Pratita Oetomo, Kartika Ayu Kharisma, Natasya Maria Magdalena Lasut, Annisa Astari Savira Lubis, Maria Chelsea Tiffany, Dian Bernika Ayuningtyas Silalahi.
