Ngân Anh Lê Âu took to her social media as she firstly thanked all her supporters for never leaving her side as she wrote, “First of all, I want to say thank you for Miss Intercontinental Organization to give us memorable gathering in the beautiful Philippines for this biggest celebration in the pageant history. Thank you for teaching us how to be responsible, disciplined and focused to overcome our comfort zones to pursue our dreams. Thank you for the entire management and our chaperones: Héctor, Simone, Harini, Ashley, Diana,..for always taking good care of us. For my fellow contestants, thank you for giving me the opportunities to know you and become good sisters. I will never forget the way you celebrated my birthday together. I love you all.”

Her message came after she found herself circled in the speculation of not just copying Catriona’s gown but also her walk and hair flip at the finale. Addressing the concern, she expressed gratitude to her whole team for supporting her and who helped her prepare for the competition.

Ending her long post and addressing her haters, she wrote, “Last but not least, for my bashers, thank you for your negativities to make me become a positive-minded person. Thank you for your hurtful words to make me stronger and be a reason for me to pursue my advocacy against cyber-bullying on the world stage.”

Looks like the Vietnamese beauty had her own way of shutting off haters and she gladly did so with not just words but also her performance in Miss Intercontinental 2018 where she was adjudged the fourth runner-up.
