Miss Intercontinental 2019 will be held in the capital city of India New Delhi on 21st December 2019 which will witness more than 80 contestants competing for the prestigious crown. A press conference was organized by Divine Group hours age at the JW Marriott Hotel in Mumbai where the final date and venue was announced for the pageant.

The conference was graced with the presence of Karen Gallman Miss intercontinental 2018 from Philippines, who will also crown her successor at the finale of the beauty pageant.

 Some countries have already crowned their queens for the pageant, while some are yet to elect their representatives for the beauty pageant. The 48th edition of Miss Intercontinental aims for an excellent show and "high class" entertainment where delegates will compete and prove their worth as a perfect role model for the younger generation. They aspire to crown a delegate who is a true combination of intelligence and beauty.

Last year, Miss Intercontinental hosted its grand coronation night on January 26, 2019 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines where 87 delegates competed for the crown with Karen Gallman from Philippines being crowned as Miss Intercontinental 2018 at the end by her predecessor Veronica Salas Vallejo Miss Intercontinental 2017.
