The 49th edition of Miss Intercontinental i.e., Miss Intercontinental 2021 is scheduled to take place in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt on 29th October 2021, where stunning delegates from all over the world will compete against each other for the coveted crown. Miss Intercontinental 2019 Fanni Mikó from Hungary, will crown her successor at the end of the event.
Miss Intercontinental Costa Rica 2021 Marianelle Chase will represent Costa Rica at the upcoming Miss Intercontinental 2021. She succeeds Miss Intercontinental Costa Rica 2019 Devy González Jaén for the title, who was placed among the Top 20 finalists at Miss Intercontinental 2019.
29 years-old Marianella is a professional model, journalist and TV host. She is also a graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Marianella is also a ballerina and plays the violin since she was 4 years old and she loves to sing.
Not new to the pageant industry, Chase has previously been a part of several national, international beauty competitions. In 2016, she joined the Miss Progress International pageant where she bagged the Miss Progress Environment subtitle and Summer Girl Costa Rica 2018. Marianella also represented Coco Island CR in Miss Progress International, Italy.
Later in 2018, she also represented Costa Rica at the 10th Miss Supranational in Poland, where she competed against 71 other delegates with an impressive performance but unfortunately remained unplaced. With her experience and dedication to represent her country, Marianella is certainly going to be a strong contender at the international stage.
