The finale of Miss Intercontinental Great Britain 2023 was held on Saturday, 15th April 2023 at The Radlett Centre in Radlett, Hertfordshire in England where three titles were at stake – Miss Intercontinental England 2023, Miss Intercontinental Scotland 2023 and Miss Intercontinental Wales 2023.
Nine contestants took part in the national final where Miss Grand United Kingdom 2022 Sofia Mayers, former Miss Intercontinental Ireland Nadia Sayers, and Miss Intercontinental 1994 winner Kimberly Anne Byers (USA) were in the panel of judges.

Miss Intercontinental Wales 2023 – Georgia Urmson
Miss Intercontinental England 2023 – Lana Taylor
Miss Intercontinental Scotland 2023 – Emily Merchant
They will represent their respective countries at the 51st Miss Intercontinental (Miss Intercontinental 2023). The date and venue is yet to be announced. Apart from the winners, the contestants who competed for the were Shannon Allslop, Mai Caring, Lauri Knowler, Elli May Sait, Deyonne Best, and Chiara-Francesca Fox.
Romy Odile Simpkins, former titleholder and Miss Intercontinental 2021 2nd runner-up who bagged the title Miss Intercontinental Europe, was announced as the national pageant's director last December. She organized the competition alongside Miss Atlantic UK 2023.
