Poorani Rajoo elected Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2021

Miss Grand Malaysia 2021 finalists, Poorani Rajoo has been officially elected as Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2021 after she successfully completed a virtual indoor judging session. She will represent Malaysia at the upcoming Miss Intercontinental 2021 pageant. She succeeds Haaraneei Muthu Kumar Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2019 for the title.

Hailing from Kuala Lumpur, 24 years-old Poorani’s selection is ideal as she carries the continental face and a perfect fit to carry the challenge at Miss Intercontinental 2021 in Egypt. She believes, “You can. You will. Have faith in yourself. The word “YOU” has power in it.” The diva thanked Miss Grand Malaysia organization fir the opportunity given to her and is looking forward to represent the country internationally.

 

 

The Miss Grand Malaysia organization held the virtual finale for the 2021 edition last night where, Poorani, among the Top 5 finalists, secured the third highest scores with a total of 71.8%. She has shown impressive performance since the beginning of the pageant and was also one of the top contenders for the national title.

She also recently thanked her followers for the abundant support as she wrote, “Thank you for accepting me as I am. There are no words that can express my thanks for you all. Once again thank you to all pageant community, family, friends and my team.”

Poorani has quality skills, a great personality and a positive beauty and aura to take forward as she prepares for her international stint at the Miss Intercontinental stage this year.  She is thankful, overwhelmed and excited to represent her country.

 

 

The 49th edition of Miss Intercontinental i.e., Miss Intercontinental 2021 is scheduled to take place in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt on 29th October 2021, where stunning delegates from all over the world will compete against each other for the coveted crown. Miss Intercontinental 2019 Fanni Mikó from Hungary, will crown her successor at the end of the event.
