Miss Intercontinental Netherlands 2018 has found its 12 contestants that will be fighting for the crown of Miss Intercontinental Netherlands 2018. Miss Intercontinental Netherlands 2017 Cathelijne Heppenhuis will soon be crowning her successor and passing over her reign and her crown.
Netherlands’ last placement at Miss Intercontinental was at last year’s Miss Intercontinental 2017 when Miss Intercontinental Netherlands 2017 Cathelijne Heppenhuis was adjudged Miss Europe and the 2nd runner-up.
The newly crowned queen will then represent the Netherlands at the Miss Intercontinental 2018 Pageant where Miss Intercontinental 2017 Veronica Salas Vallejo of Mexico will crown her successor.

Michelle van Sonsbeek
Michelle van Sonsbeek is a 19-year-old living in Denekamp. At the moment she is mainly occupied with her final exams from the Fashion & Design (Junior Stylist) program. In addition to this training, she is working as a model for various promotion companies, which have resulted in many nice assignments.
As a child Michelle sang everywhere, especially when she was sitting on the toilet, because of this, her time in the toilet lasted longer than was actually necessary and everyone could enjoy her singing, even the neighbours.
Josje de Lange
Josje de Lange is a 22-year-old and has been living in Uden for the past 2 years. She was born in Amsterdam, then moved to Lunteren for studies and moved to Uden because her friend was from there and she found Brabant very cozy. She followed the training to become a para-veterinary assistant in Barneveld and graduated 3 years ago. She has been working at veterinary practice Vorstenbosch for over a year now.
She loves to sing duets so that she can play with a second voice. She used to sing a lot with her sister, who was in the same high school as her. Currently, she does not sing much, but always loves to do it. She also played in musicals. the ugly duckling. Here she partly experienced what it was like to stand on a podium and has always enjoyed it since.
Eleanor van der Leij
Eleanor van der Leij, is a 19-year-old, living in Groningen. At the moment she is training for caring IG / stall care. She wants to become a maternity nurse. A nice fact about her is that even though she is an adult, she cannot resist Kinder chocolate and Kinder Buenos.
Eline Holtrop
Eline Holtrop is a 19-year-old and hails from Emmen from the beautiful Drenthe. She completed her training fashion and styling level 3 grade 2 at the Landstede in Zwolle. She goes to school 5 days a week and also has a part-time job in the hospitality industry at Restaurant De Kamer in Emmen as a waiter.
A nice fact about her is that she really likes food and that she prefers to eat Hawaii and Bueno's pizzas all day long.
Nina Irambona
Nina Irambona lives in Heemskerk. She was born in Bujumbura and came to the Netherlands when she was just 2 years old. At the moment she is working as a Hostess at Ajax Business lounges, and now also at KLM business lounge.
Before winning the crown of Miss Intercontinental Noord-Holland she became Miss East Africa The Netherlands 2017. Before she was already working on a project in Africa that supported children in terms of education and a safe place. The school had more than 200 students who even stayed overnight because they had to travel far or have little or no money for it.
