Wearing a casual pair of loose black top and denim, she entered the airport lobby carrying her Philippines sash with proud. Yes, we are talking about the gorgeous 1st runner-up of Miss Intercontinental 2017 Katarina Rodriguez as she returns back to her home country, Philippines on 6th February 2018.
Katarina landed in Manila, Philippines at around 8 AM and was greeted with warm welcome by her followers and family. She was being followed by an enthusiastic media people who wanted a bite with her about her journey in Miss Intercontinental pageant and she didn’t disappoint anyone.
When she was asked about how she feels about her queen Miss Intercontinental 2017 Veronica Salas Vallejo, she gushed about her saying that Veronica is the most loved girl among all the candidates of the competition and she is very happy that she won. In fact she also went on to say that she deserves every bit of her success in the competition and that Katarina personally wanted her to win the contest.
Now, that’s a very large-hearted queen we have here!
Katarina also said she has no regrets about her performance and is in fact very happy and proud of her final answer during the Q&A portion of the pageant.
Just after the pageant was over on 24th January 2018, Katarina decided to stay back a little and enjoy the beauty of Egypt. She was spotted having a fun time at the local markets and streets of Egypt and she also enjoyed the motor-bike ride in the desert of Hurghada.
Now that Katarina has back home, we hope to see more of her in her future endeavours.
