Miss International 2023 Andrea Rubio returned home to Venezuela to a grand homecoming after winning the coveted Miss International crown. Venezuela dominates Miss International pageant with a whopping nine crowns under its belt.

Miss Venezuela organization, through their official social media, also welcomed Andrea home as they wrote, “Welcome Home, Andrea. Venezuela! We welcome Andrea Rubio, our Miss International 2023, with pride and a beating heart. Your entire country, your family and your work team welcome you with open arms. We are ready to celebrate this beautiful achievement with you.”

Andrea got a warm welcome and a special tribute at the show ‘Súper Sábado Sensacional’ on Venevisión. Other Miss International queens from Venezuela Edymar Martínez (Miss International 2015) and Mariem Velazco (Miss International 2018) also came on the show and handed her the traditional Japanese dolls.

The finale of the 61st edition of Miss International was held on 26th October 2023 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan where Andrea Rubio won the ninth crown for her country. She was crowned by Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selberg of Germany.
