Monique Shippen crowned Miss International Australia 2019

Australia is all set to compete in Miss International 2019 and the delegate crowned to take over the responsibility is none other than Monique Shippen, a pageant veteran. She succeeds Miss International Australia 2018 Emily Tokic.

A proud Aussie with Filipino and English heritage, Monique is more than ready to take over the reign and represent her country with sincerity and dedication. She is a pre-school teacher and loves to sing. She is also a multi-instrumentalist proving her versatility.

Standing 172 cm tall, Monique is a pageant veteran having immense experience in the pageantry; she participated in a pageant called Miss Philippines-Australia 2012 before being titled Miss Earth Australia 2018. With all her experience and beauty, Monique will for sure be a strong delegate at the upcoming international pageant. Last year, Emily Tokic represented Australia in Miss International 2018 and with her excellent performance, she placed in the Top 15.
