Megha Sandhu crowned Miss International Canada 2019

At the coronation night of Miss Universe Canada 2019 held last night at John Bassett Theatre, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto, Canada, Megha Sandhu was crowned Miss International Canada 2019. After being crowned, she earned the right to represent Canada in Miss International 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss International Canada 2018 Camila Gonzalez.

The newly crowned queen stands 179 cm tall and hails from Montréal, Quebec. She is trilingual as she can speak English, French and Hindi fluently. She studied at Concordia University, majored in Behavioural Neuroscience. She can be considered a pageant veteran as she is best known for winning Miss Teenage Canada 2012 and for her 3rd runner up a placement at Miss Universe Canada 2018. She also went on to compete at Miss Universe Canada 2018 and Miss Model of the World 2019 in China.

Megha caught public’s eye at the very beginning of the pageant and was also in our Top Favourites list and with her exemplary performance, she proved her worth at the pageant with poise. Along with crowning of Megha, Alyssa Boston was crowned Miss Universe Canada 2019 who will now represent Canada at Miss Universe 2019 pageant.

The pageant was organised in a very organized layout and format and thus ended up crowning the most deserving queen. It also witnessed various stellar performances and glamour all around. Thus, one can safely say that the finale night was a grand success.
